Mukthar Wali is the Accountant constant at WISER. He has nearly a decade’s experience in Accounts and Finance, gathered from services in both governmental and non-governmental development sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Master’s in Treasury Management, from Bayero University Kano, Nigeria.

He attended USAID Rules and Regulation Training, Compliance Training, Leadership and Management Training, which has helped him garner wide experience in financial management and administration.

Mukthar has worked as a financial resource person on DFID, USAID and Osiwa projects in Sokoto State, Kano State and Abuja FCT.
